A 30-year-old man was referred with progressive quadriplegia that started from the right lower limb and gradually spread to the upper limb and contralateral side. Cerebrospinal fluid testing revealed pleocytosis, elevated protein concentration, and a decreased glucose level, and magnetic resonance imaging of the cervical spine revealed multiple intramedullary lesions.
